Beauty Inspired by Nature

on

Many of our beauty techniques are artificial reproductions of things we have seen in nature.

Today we find beauty and inspiration in nature. We couldn’t help but be fascinated with the intricate details of the animals that surround us. We hope that you are just as inspired as we were for each look.

Kevin’s look has been inspired by a Panther Chameleon. Their skin texture and facial structures are very masculine yet they have a level of fragility to them due to their complex needs.

We were attracted to the beauty of their skin and a chameleon’s amazing ability to blend in and change to fit the colors of its environment.

Sylvia is perfectly mirroring the fierce elegance and allure of hawks that can be seen in the vineyards of Germany.

We love the patterns and colors of Yellow Jackets. We are attracted to the fact that they demand attention and respect and felt that this look showcased the ferocity that these beautiful insects have.

Our Model RJ was the perfect person to exude the attitude and strength that this insect is known for.

Our model, Joy, was beautifully transformed into a swan for this photoshoot.

Our goal was to have Joy emulate the beauty and strength of the creature behind this look.

All creatures in nature have a beauty that helps them find their mate, offer protection, and be identifiable. Like most things in human invention, they have roots in nature. Many of our beauty techniques are artificial reproductions of things we have seen in nature. We enjoyed this makeup challenge and its connection between nature’s own beauty and our interpretation.
